inspiration

Lately, I've become a bit of a Pinterest addict. If you haven't seen Pinterest before, I recommend looking into it (I'm looking at you, Mom and Heidi). It's glorious because it lets me catalog anything I ever see and like and want to remember but then inevitably forget about when I actually need it. I've never been organized enough to have in-the-flesh inspiration boards, but now I have several, and the bonus is that they don't actually take up any physical space, which would have been nice way back when I was moving every year (not that that stage is over - I feel like we're overdue for a move, given where we live).

So Pinterest. It's wonderful. A few things, though:

1. It's dangerous for procrastinators. Which I am. Factor that in before you get too serious.

2. It's allowed me to go full-blown crazy about that remote, charming, spacious, ocean-view having, perfect farmhouse I not-so-secretly hope to own one day. There is no shortage of photos of gorgeous rooms I hope to some day recreate, and now that I can bookmark them with one easy click, I find that I cannot stop. See the above note about procrastination.

Still, I rule on the thumbs up for this one, mainly because I can still spin it as productive and somewhat creative. Justification complete!
